Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to orders shipped to California.
How can I pay for my order?
For orders placed using this site, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you choose to place your order through the mail, we also accepts checks and money orders. When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Your order may be shipped sooner if the item is in stock.
Can I get next day delivery?
Yes. However you must place an order before 11am pacifc standard time. Orders received after 11am pacifc standard time will be shipped the following business day if an item is in stock.
How much will my shipping charges be?
Your order will be shipped via Federal Express. You may choose your shipping preference on checkout. For international destinations, please note that customer will be responsible for any duty and tax costs incurred. International destinations shipping charges are subject to change depending on the actual destination. International customers will be notified via e-mail of the final Shipping and Handling charges should they surpass the standard rate.

What is your Return Policy?

You may return an item in its original condition within 15 days of receiving the merchandise for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. After a return has been received, please allow 5 to 10 business days to process your exchange or store credit. For your protection, we suggest using UPS, FedEX or insured Parcel Post. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. We offer 6 months warranty on all items purchased through our website. Any manufacturers defects will be accepted for an EXCHANGE.

Our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name (not the e-mail address). We use cookies to record the visitor's session information when viewing our website only.
